How Petra became the Global Leadership Coach she is today
Passion and Innovation1) have always been Petra’s drivers: As an adults educator several innovations in Business Training were implemented by her. And she started to turn Women’s Teaching female when she was only 242).
But her life really changed after dancing into the world: Capoeira and Sambareggae had brought her to Brazil. After working with several women’s NGO’s overthere she helped funding a Global Women’s Conference in Rio3) There she was introduced to impressive female Leadership from allover the Global South. Back in Germany it made a click. With funding CLIC4) the then Globalista decided to train decision-makers for the world.
Was it successful?
YES, she trained managers from 18 cultures in understanding Cross culture.
But her over 90% male participants, a lot of them Whites over 50, showed the Diversity gap by B2B. It made Petra go for Inclusion and Belonging, more directly with B2C. With this coaching and connecting focus she could also tie on her longtime Mediahost5) activity as Globalista. Inclusion and Belonging brought Globalista’s activity as Mediahost5) into her coaching and connecting focus.
